Who owns my website and domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the phone number is in your name, and the site files and your contact list are yours. The $297 a month pays for hosting, the text-back, the follow-up and my time, not for ownership.
Can I keep the domain I already have?
Yes. If you already own a domain, it stays in your name and we point it at the new site during the 25-minute setup call. If you don't have one, I register one in your name.
How do I cancel?
Send me an email with two days' notice. There's no contract to buy out, and you keep the rest of the month you already paid for.
What happens to my site if I leave?
The site files and your contacts go with you, and the domain and phone number stay in your name. What stops is what the monthly pays for: my hosting, the missed-call text-back, the follow-up and the review requests. You can host the files anywhere.
Is there a refund?
Yes, for 30 days counted from the day your site goes live. If you don't want it, for any reason, I refund the month. No conditions.
How fast can I get a website?
A draft lands in your inbox about 30 minutes after you fill the form, between 8 AM and 8 PM Central. Outside those hours it's waiting when you wake up. After you say yes and we have one 25-minute call, the site is live in 7 to 10 business days. How it works, step by step.
What's included for $297 a month?

How much do texts and calls cost?
They're billed at cost with no markup: $0.008 per text segment and $0.018 per minute of calling. A segment is one standard text of up to 160 characters, so a typical text-back costs about a penny.
Why does missed-call text-back take longer than the website?
US carriers make every business register before they'll deliver its texts, and that paperwork takes one to four weeks. I file it on day one. Nobody can skip it. More on missed-call text-back.
Do you manage my Google Business Profile?
Not month to month. Managing your Google Business Profile, writing your review responses, running ads and monthly reports aren't part of the plan. The review requests do ask every customer for a Google review, and the replies are yours to answer.
Do you do SEO?
Yes, on-site SEO: the pages are written and built so people searching in Pensacola can find you. I don't promise rankings, I don't sell link packages, and I won't put a number on results I don't have.
Can I make changes to the site?
You don't have to do it yourself. Text or email me what you want changed; the monthly pays for my time as well as the hosting. If you want to edit things yourself, ask on the setup call and I'll tell you what's possible for your site.
What trades do you build for?
Local service businesses that live on the phone. There are pages for roofing, HVAC, plumbing, handyman, epoxy and floors, lawn and landscape, window tint, med spas and lodging. See every trade. Not on the list? The draft works the same.
Is there anything you won't tell me?
